ABOUT NAPLES DISPOSAL

Like most people living in Ohio, Sharon was tired of the cold and snow. In 2018 she made the move to southwest Florida and has not looked back. With 28 years experience in the waste management industry and an OSHA-10 certification, Sharon has worked for small start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. She will be leading the sales efforts in continuing the growth Naples Disposal has seen. In her free time, Sharon likes to travel, ride horses and head out on their family’s boat.

Coming from a military family, Dawn saw the world. After a stint in Africa, the family landed in Naples, and it has been home since the 1980s. Initially starting in the accounting side of things, Dawn has stepped into the dispatch role for Naples Disposal nicely. She loves working with our friendly and professional drivers, as well as the daily interactions with clients. When she’s not at the office, Dawn is spending time with her husband of 25 years and their 4 children. She also loves to travel, dabble in some home projects and is a licensed realtor.
